Hello,

Is it possible to reset the PINK to factory settings?

I'm using Cute ftp to write some pages to the pink
Works good, but i can't see the uploaded files in cute ftp.
I've created a folder 'img' too, but can't erased it anymore sad.gif

Did you try using your browser to ftp, then just drag and drop pages, highlight the file or directory and delete?

Just guessing, but could it be that your FTP logon / password is not the same as WEB access? I don't see where it would make any difference with the PINK, but might be worth looking at.

Try to drop a file of the same name as the directory and if that works, then try and delete the file.

Rename a file or folder and then try and erase it. I use dream weaver and can only upload with it. I have to do everything else with WSftp.

Yes, logon and password are the same.
Try to drop a file of the same name as the directory and if that works, then try and delete the file said...
Gives an error, while dropping the same folder.
I also renamed the folders and tried to erase them, no succes nono.gif

The only thing i can do is making new folders and rename them.

    Tumbler,

There have been a few issues reported in this area that we are actively exploring. What we’re seeing is that in some cases certain programs behave differently and cause results that are hard to reproduce. In most cases we have been bale to remove folders created by some other program from the DOS FTP built in to Windows. In two cases we discovered programs had put sub folders into these folders that we could not delete, yet they did not show up in the programs that created them. Try using the DOS-based FTP (which is the simplest) to connect and rename/delete folders. See how that works for you.

We’re running some tests today. After we’ve determined what is going on I will post a reply back here again.
