Ferrite Bead Specs for FT232RL ???

Can anyone recommend what specs should be used for the ferrite bead with the FT232RL chip? I am reviewing the FTDI document for this chip and there is a recommendation to use a ferrite bead between pin 1 of the USB socket and the VCC of the FT232RL chip.

I do not have any knowledge in this area and would appreciate any help one may have.
