Oscilloscope Buffer Size

Hi Everyone-
I have the Parallax USB Oscilloscope and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience in increasing the software buffer size. The way the software is by default, the buffer stores only 1500 points for all time resolutions(which means that if I want to capture data with microsecond resolution, I only have a 1.5ms window to do it). It seems that there is no easy way to increase this.
If no one has encountered a way to increase this buffer size then does anyone have any experience/tips in monitoring the output in a "third party" way. (i.e. I'm thinking of diverting the output as it goes between the device driver and software.)
Thanks,
Seth

I recently got the Parallax usb scope and I'm still getting the hang of it.· I think it's sweet and I use it as a 2 channel logic analyzer.· When I have a stream of serial data and I need a high resolution window of the byte(s) quite a bit downstream of the first pulse of the first byte·that would otherwise trigger the scope, I use a delayed trigger.· I have a SX28 protoboard with 1 pushbutton and·a Parallax 4x20 LCD.· The first pulse·inputs to the SX, which after a delay outputs a pulse to the ext. connection on the o'scope.· In the attached code is a scheme where you can select delays in increments of 400ms.
Hope this helps,
Kevin
