You can probably·to go to a Home Depot or Lowes and get one of those outdoor boxes for lawn sprinkler controllers and somehow mount your PCB inside it. Just about all of them come with a duplex AC outlet and holes for wires to come out, as well as someplace to mount your board via screws and whatnot (meant for the lawn sprinkler controller, but there's no law against repurposing the box).
Hope this helps!
These are very nice cases· a little price e thought

What country do you need the work to be done in?
What size is the project?
Is there any plugs or sockets?
Do you want epoxy or case?
What quantity are you expecting to make?
etc.

For designing and testing a box would work, but I don't see why a well designed epoxy solution shouldn't be used for production. The BS2 is reliable enough so that it need not be replaced in a well designed circuit. To that end, most end users would probably prefer to replace the whole module. I like the size savings afforded by coating the whole thing in a protective layer. Of course, I could be totally off the mark here.
