Missing counter mode...

It would have been very handy for my Prop RTC if there were a counter mode that would increment phsX every clock until freqX where reached and then toggle the output pin and reset·phsX to 0.

Then, I could set·freqX for CLKFREQ/2·and have the output pin toggle once per second.

The other counter module could watch this pin and count seconds...

Just a thought in case there's any chance of getting this into Prop2...

You could change to a 4.194304MHz crystal and use NCO mode to get an exact 1 Hz output.
