I want to Thank Tech Support for there help today

I bought a 2 line LCD Display back a few month ago

that when to use it·this was what happen

I had been working on this Project for many hour that day and it was getting
late

I did ·not real look very closely at how·the·plug·was plug in on the back of the LCD Display ·I did not see that the pins where not in·right place

5 volts when to the RX or the TX pin which ever one it has ·and not to the Basic Stamp

I even told them what and how it happen

I have been·buy from ·Parallax for many years now and this was the first time that·I ever sent any thing back to them that I mess up

I have seen on the fourm a few time where people have thing happen an you have told them to contact Tech Support and we will see what can be done

·And from what I have seen today I will keep buying from Parallax for many·more years to come· when·I want to build one many project that come to mind

    Yes I agree - Tech Support is great!

    I have damaged·a couple of·parts like SX Keys and they usually offer a 50% replacement on it.

    You send the item in and they troubleshoot it and if it is your fault then they give you 50% credit towards the price of a new one. Otherwise, they will replace it with no cost.

    Great service.
