Where can I buy an inexpensive oscilloscope?

Where can I find an inexpensive, well OK - cheap, oscilloscope?· Or is there another method for observing voltage pulses?· Something using an LCD, perhaps?· Something at low cost.· It would have to be portable.· I use a sound card scope, now, which I downloaded from the internet.· But I can't take my whole computer system out to my garage and read ignition pulses.

I modified this logic analyzer http://forums.parallax.com/forums/default.aspx?f=25&m=145310 to a 6 port unit. It works really well for pulses because you can set up a trigger on any port. I have used mine for troubleshooting serial port signals as well as IR data pulses.
