Propeller ASM Memory Dumper

This object dumps the Propeller main RAM in hex and ASCII, all in assembly. There is no control, it just dumps everything in one shot. The minimum baud rate is 9600 baud at 80MHz, because of the 14 bit PAR register. I did not want to make a control long or two to keep it as small as possible, so the following and only dumping to pin 30 are limitations. Adding this would require more spin, more ASM to parse it, and vars.
