Question 4 Mike or Anyone about IREmitter and IR Detectors

I was curious how you mount your two IR emiters and your IR Detector on the Ping Bracket. It sounds like a neat Idea. I want to keep the robot from falling off the table top.

Typically the IR is setup in a fixed position like shown in this picture:



I would recommend starting with this standard canfiguration and once you got the hang of it, you can work on making them mobile.

Look at the photo I posted in "Completed Projects" of my Propeller BoeBot. It shows the IR emitters in the usual position with the single IR detector mounted on the PING))) bracket so it can swivel with the PING))).
