Driver for HC4LED (UPADTED)

This is an object for those LED displays all of you bought at the expo because of my wonderful demo [noparse];)[/noparse] I could have released it earlier, but I decided to spend the time to make a nice object with good docs. The demo is hc4led_obj_test, and the actual object is hc4led_object. Connection information is in the object.
EDIT: Fixed a bug in dispSegments and added another demo and added the MIT license.

This is the display that Bean was selling. The display has an SPI interface and four seven segment displays.
Be sure to get this object into the Object Exchange.
