Alternate stack space calculation?

I have a battery charger object that has quite a few conditional items that depend on operating conditions that I can't replicate on an easy basis. It seems a little shaky to calculate the stack space needed with a( longfill(@buffer,"X",stacksize) and then reading the longs).

Is there an alternate way to do this? I will post this object for reference.
