programming cable question

i have the board of education with the usb connection, however

my prototype circuit board has the serial plug db9

what do i need to order from parallax that will plug into my usb port on my laptop and then connect
to the db9 serial on the prototype board?

i see an adapter but unsure if it is meant to go in this direction.

does parallax make a cord with a usb on one end to plug into my puter, and the other end db9 to plug into my protoboard?

please let me know what i need to order, i need it asap!
otherwise i have to keep pulling the bs2 to reprogram it and i know sooner or later it is going to get damaged.

It works fine for me with a variety of Basic Stamp development boards with DB9 sockets
