NosePicker

I have been working on a project and building my circuit with my basic stamp and a breadboard. Now that I have it working with the basic stamp I am building the "permanant" solution using a PIC16F628A and a proto-board. The site where I bought that chip does not appear to have a Forum like this one. I have run into a small problem with that chip. I assume we are not supposed to use this fourm to discuss matters not related to the stamp so my question is does anyone know of a web-site with a forum where I can get help with the previously mentioned chip?
