2 instances of Prop Tool?

I am developing comms between 2 propellers using Xbee modules. Each Prop is connected to different COM ports for code development.
Since it is possible to set the·COM port in Prop Tool V1.2 it would be very useful to run 2 instances and save having to change the COM port when downloading code to each of the·propellers.
Can this be done?·

    I did it the other day by using two different versions of the Prop tool...

    I thought of that but you cannot set the COM port in V1.05

    Just tried V1.1 in which you can

    Not ideal but will do for now

    I ran the same PropTool a couple of months ago and it works fine....

    Just change the setting in PropTool as follows...
    Edit/Preferences/Files and Folders and uncheck "Associated Files launch into a single editor"

    You can then launch PropTool more than once.
