Where is my order?

Dear Parallax

last 15.July I did an order via internet. I bought some propeller components and payed with credit card.
After many emails to sales@parallax.com I didn't get any feedback. Is parallax on holiday?

Is my order lost? Shall I order via the swiss distributor ?

I need this components to finish my project.

Probably with customs. I used to work at a mail order company and international shipments would often get hung up at customs, sometimes for weeks. It's possible they bungled your order, but Parallax has always shipped to me same day. If you have a tracking number, you can go to the usps website and type it in www.usps.gov. Good luck!
