How would you hook up a optic isolators to the output pins of a Card Reader to

······················· Today was not a good day for the

····························· Basic Stamp

················ It got Zap by a Lighting Strom·······



······························ that was at my house today·


·( It was not a direct hit This has not given one bit of trouble until today)

I knew something was not right when I went to get the mail after the storm

One of the card readers the green led was· ON so I try the other to see if it was
working it was not I power down the Basic Stamp and the Card Readers

Then power all of it back up again and try both card reader but only one was
working so power back down and changed just the Basic Stamp Chip only

Then powered everything back up and everything was working again··

One thing that I notice was the Basic Stamp Chip was very warm

It has to be one of the set of pins that when to the card reader· ··
