where to buy headers for basic stamp and screw connectors?

Can someone suggest a part number from Newark or Digikey or Allied Electronics for the female headers that fit the Basic Stamp 1? I'd like to make a daughterboard and need the female header component to fit onto the stamps .1 center headers. The online catalog from digikey or allied is terrible and I don't want to make a mistake and order the wrong size.

Also, can someone suggest some a part number for some pc board mount screw on connectors like the green ones on the BiStep Motor Controller (USB) (http://www.parallax.com/Store/Accessories/MotorServoControllers/tabid/160/CategoryID/35/List/0/Level/a/ProductID/375/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName,ProductName)

    If by "header" you mean SIP socket, I bought a bag full of the cheapest 28-pin DIP sockets I could find. I cut them in half as needed and get two for the price of almost nothing.
