Controlling servos connected to a PSC-USB using Visual Basic code

Hi,

I am developing an application where I got to control few servo motors connected to the Parallax Servo Controller-USB using visual basic code.I have connected my PSC to PC through USB port.And also I have written code in Visual Basic using .net to send data to PSC through USB port.I am sending PSC serial commands in the form of text using the above code from my PC to the PSC to control the servos as the PSC is having a USB to serial converter chip on it which directs the data at USB port to serial port.But due to some reason ,there is no functioning of the servos in this way.I don't know if I am following the correct procedure.Kindly help me to comeout with a good solution.

Look on this page for software to test your PSC. www.parallax.com/Store/Microcontrollers/BASICStampModules/tabid/134/txtSearch/PSC/List/1/ProductID/346/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName%2cProductName If that works the problem is in your code.

There was also a project posted in the Completed Projects Forum using the PSC from VB.NET. You might want to check that code out to see if it works for you.
