I'm having trouble operating the wheel kit using the command set. To keep it simple, I'm down to one motor, an HB-25 and the encoder. I'm using a BS2 as the controller.
If I connect the controller directly to the HB-25 it works as expected using the HB-25 sample program for the BS2.
However if I connect through the encoder to the HB-25, using the Wheel kit example program (Position_Controller_Test_Interface.bs2), nothing happens.
I've run a servo lead from servo connector 12 on the BOE to the header marked "To Controller" on the encoder board.
I've also run a two wire connector (ground and signal) from the header marked "To HB-25" on the encoder board to the HB-25.
Both jumpers are installed on the encoder board so the ID is 1.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks, Harry
