i2c eeprom complications

I have had major success implementing the 24LC64 EEPROM in the past with various versions of the Basic Stamp and the Javelin Stamp. Unfortunately, my success with the spin language has been quite minimal. Can anyone supply a brief tutorial or example of the use of an I2C protocol eeprom with the propeller?

    Look at Mike Green's Basic_I2C_Driver.spin in the object exchange http://obex.parallax.com/objects/26 . His work reads like a novel so get yourself some cheap wine, a candle, and some quiet quality time [noparse]:)[/noparse] ... What I mean is: he provides an extrodinary amount of detail in the comments, so it should be pretty clear on what needs to be done if you read it closely. Good luck.
