I'm only getting about 2 volts out of P4 - P7 even when they are not connected to anything. I've tried pull up resistors but no help. All of the others seem to be working fine.
Do I need to dig another propellor grave?

    I assume you've set the direction register (DIRA) bits for P4-P7 to 1 and the output register (OUTA) bits for P4-P7 also to 1.
    If so, you should definitely get voltages more like 3V - 3.3V unless they're connected to a significant load. 2V sounds just
    wrong. Are you measuring it correctly? Is there a short on your board on pins P4-P7? Did they used to work?
