My eeprom will not accept changes.· How can I erase it and load a fresh program

    You need to use the Propeller Tool's "Download to EEPROM" menu item (from the RUN menu). You may be using "Download to RAM" which does not change the EEPROM. If this is not what you're doing, you will need to explain much more carefully what you have, what you're doing, and what happens as a result.
