Has anyone interfaced a stamp to AGM1264F LCD graphic display?

Saw this LCD for $9 on BG micro.· Has anyone ever interfaced a stamp to it, or would it be too much for a stamp (being 128x64 pixels)?· It uses a KS0107B controller and has 8 pages of RAM.

One drawback is that it looks like it needs voltages from +5v to -10v

You need at least 10 I/O pins. This can be done with an I/O expander like a 74HC595. Everything except the LCD drive voltage looks like it can run off the Stamp's supply voltage (LED backlight and the controller). It looks like it could be interfaced to a Stamp.

Funny, I was just reading a N&V article about the 75x595 that allows for that. (http://www.parallax.com/dl/docs/books/sw/exp/sw23b.pdf)

If anyone were to want to try to write an interface to that LCD, I'll buy it and have it sent to them to experiment with if you share the code in the finished products. They could keep the LCD.

FWIW, here is what the LCD looks like in operation. This was a PIC project though. (Not promoting PIC, just showing example of working model)
