ftdi usb drivers for BOE and Mac

I'm trying to get the latest FTDI drivers downloaded for my Intel based Mac.

I went here:
http://www.parallax.com/tabid/530/Default.aspx

But it downloaded an .exe file for me to use...which does not appear to work on my Mac...any tips or recommendations?

I also tried the MacBS2 site and was recommended I use the latest drivers but there were no links that I could find.
