Does anyone know if the basic stamp 1 project board can be connected via serial port to a USB port? I am not sure if the basic stamp 1 offers that, or if it is even capable of doing that.

    If you mean just connecting to a USB Port with a USB to Serial adapter check out our part number 28031 on our website.
