Didn't see that anyone had this so after I wrote it for myself, I made a little demo so I could post it here.
Just specify the RESn, TX,RX and SD card pins and the filename on the SD card to load, included are 3 binaries that will blink leds on 8 and 10 at different rates. It will load each file for 10 seconds then load the next one, the last binary puts the leds in an endless mutually exclusive toggle.
Let me know if I buggered something when putting the demo together.
