Sigma-Delta ADC using 5v

Is it possible to have a Sigma-Delta ADC on the prop and use it with 5 volts? Would I need a dedicated ADC chip? If so, can someone please post a schematic. The schematic in the ADC code in AN001 says it can only measure 0-3v3. I am trying to measure a temperature sensor (LM34) and would prefer to use Sigma-Delta.
