Connecting Hall Effect Sensor To BS2

Hi All,

···· I have several Hall Effect sensors and would like to use them with my BS2. One application would be to count wheel turns. I have done a search of the internet but can not find a schematic for connecting it to a BS2. Can anyone help me out with a schematic? I have attached a image of what I want to do.

Thanks

You would need to post a datasheet or link to a datasheet for the sensor. From your picture, there are 3 leads. One can guess what they might be, but that's a quick way to destroy the device or the BS2.

A part number for the sensor would be helpful.

That sheet tells you all you need to know the output of the sensor should go through a 220 ohn=m resistor to a pin of the bs2.

I read that I just was not sure if that would work with BS2 or not. If you think that is all I need I will go with that.
