Sega Genesis Controller .SPIN??

Just picked up a Genesis around the block at a garage sale.

Anyone ever come across a Genesis Controller interface circuit / SPIN code?

Also interested in similar info for DreamCast Controller (pickes one up as well).

the genesis controller is a generic short to ground for original controllers, the 6 buttons have a bit of muxing going on, more info here http://pinouts.ru/Game/genesiscontroller_pinout.shtml
