About the examination of the voltage converter for writing

I thought about a part of circuit of the writing machine for the PIC program.
It is a part that enclosed it with the dotted line in the circuit chart.
It converts it into a high voltage by using the capacitor and using the resonance at the expense of a part of the current though the feature looks like a usual pressure converter.
It is necessary to adjust the signal wave form used in the duty 50% of about 100KHz according to inductance and the capacitance of the circuit.
The rectification circuit controls going up of the voltage too much by charging with a small capacitor by using the diode and using the voltage effectively by "PNP transistor".
Neither the diode nor the capacitor in the circuit chart transfer the emitter to a negative voltage.
The difference between the partial pressure and the power-supply voltage by easy resistance is detected by using the photo coupler, the phase is adjusted with 22PF, and the part of the different kind of potential is controlled at the same time.
Transistor and IC can be used for the same control as this.
It is thought that these can be applied also to WISP648 etc.

電流の一部を犠牲にして共振を利用して高電圧に変換することです。
使用する信号波形は約100KHzのデューティー50%で回路のインダクタンス、キャパシタンスによって調整が必要です。
整流回路はダイオードを使って、小さなキャパシタを充電し「ＰＮＰトランジスタ」で電圧を有効に使って、電圧の上がりすぎを制御をします。
回路図中のダイオードとキャパシタはエミッタを負電圧に振り込まないようにします。
簡単な抵抗による分圧と電源電圧の差を、フォトカプラを使って検出し、
22PFで位相調整をして、同時に異種の電位の部分を制御します。
これと同じ制御にはトランジスタやＩＣを使うこともできます。
これらはWISP648などにも応用できると考えます。

So as not to reverse-drive the emitter of the transistor, the part
constant was chosen.
The diode is enough in most popular "1N4148".
整流ダイオードを換えると動作が変わります。
トランジスタのエミッタを逆ドライブしないように部品定数を選びました。
ダイオードは一番ポピュラーな「1N4148」で十分です。
