I am trying to find out if there is a product available that will change a 60hz square wave portable generator to ac sinewave. I have been told that an oscillator may be used. does parrallax have any product(s) that we can use to manufature this type of device. (We are trying to power sensitive electronics withought·using and inverted generator)

Why can't you use the 60Hz as is? Most "sensitive electronics" works at low voltage anyway. If you use a switching supply to provide the low voltage, the 60Hz is going to be converted to DC, then high frequency AC, then to low voltage DC with filtering at each conversion to DC.

    nolans,

This is a difficult process, especially when dealing with household currents. The price difference between a "true" sine wave generator, and a "modified" sine wave generator reflects this. When lower power is concerned... much lower power... a tuned RC filter is all that's necessary in most cases. Higher currents and variable load demands make this an impossibility for household AC applications.
