playing video

Hi,
I would like to use a microcontroller to play video clips stored in memory outputed NTSC.
Would a micro be fast enough?
What kind of memory can I use?

You could try PropGFX lite, here:- http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=707247

It is propeller based but it will do the job for you.
