How to control the Robot using the dashboard Crosshair?

We·follow through using the MSRS Bluetooth-Boe-Bot-v1.5.pdf,·I did until page·15, my bluetooth is connected. However, when·I ·drag the eyeball control's crosshairs to drive the boe-bot around as joystick, but the Robot did not move at all. Can someone helped me? Will the robot move if i drag the Crosshair???<!-- Edit -->
