Remove Seal After washing?

Hey all,

I received my Propeller Education Kit in the post today but I was a little puzzled by the small devices with the "Remove Seal After Washing"
sticker on them. My questions are:
  • Should I machine or hand wash?
  • What temperature should the water be?
  • What detergent makes them the softest (and by soft I mean huggably soft)?
  • Most importantly, are they crease resistant or do they need to be ironed after?
Thanks in advance for the info!

Regards,
Xander

I visited a company some years ago that cleaned their PCBs in a dishwasher after assembly.

Yeah, but I bet they weren't huggably soft! (See question 3 in OP).

In the electrical and electronic department I used to work in they cleaned motor laminations in a dishwasher prior to gluing.
