Looking for an XY stage

Hi All,
I'm working on a project where I need to integrate and XY stage to a Stamp for positioning a piece of equipment.

Cost is a factor for this project, but the accuracy needs are quite loose (+/- .5 mm for the whole range) and the size is small 125mmx85mm travel motion.

Can anyone point me to a supplier?

Does it need to have motor mounts built in, or can you retrofit for that yourself?

That could work. It's a bit big for what I want, but the price is certainly good. Thanks, I'll have to think about it over the weekend.
