TXAM303B documentation

Several years ago I bought a couple of the TXAM303B RF modules – I know they are long since discontinued, but was hopping you could help me locate some documentation on these. Parallax tech support was unable to locate anything on this, and Google has come up empty handed. Does anyone out there have any information on this device?
