Propeller Manual version anomalies?

The Propeller Manual says it is version 1.01, but each page is marked "v1.0". Moreover, it says it is valid for Propeller Tool 1.0, and not the current version (1.1). To add to the confusion, there is a Manual version 1.0 Supplement/Errata v1.3. Does this apply to the current version of the Manual?
