i need the program for the boe bot that lets it turn the ping left,right and forward .thengoes to the further distance .i tried down loading it but it would not let me.so if you cuold cuould you type it hereburger.gif

    You need to find out why it would not download. Don't use unreliable equipment to experiment, you will never know why something does not work if you are using known faulty equipment.

    You want to download the "Roaming with PING" program (in the form of a zip file) on this page: www.parallax.com/Store/Sensors/ObjectDetection/tabid/176/ProductID/92/List/1/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName,ProductName.
    If you have problems downloading it, you need to be very specific about what happens, what error messages you're getting, etc. It may be that your computer is not set up properly to download zip files.

    it says that it needs to find out who made it.then it says search web or exsisting files. i click web .then it says it could not find it.sad.gif

    Sounds like you don't have the stamp editor installed yet. What is the file type of the file you are trying to download?

    zip file.at my house i do have the editor but here no.

    Install the editor first then download the roaming with ping program and open it with the s=editor or save it to your computer.

    you see ,this is not my computer.so i can not download any thing here.i want to open the file but not download it.when i open it i want to print it.

    Here's the Roaming With PING program as a message attachment both as a source program and a PDF (printing) file. Some web browsers will print a PDF file directly.

    If you want to open and print the program without installing the Basic Stamp Editor, you need to associate the .bs2 extension with Notepad.exe. Save one of the programs to the computer (or a jumpdrive if you don't want anything saved on the computer you are using) and right click on it. You should get a dialog asking you to search the web for a program or giving your the option to select from a list. Choose select from a list and pick Notepad.exe. The .bs2 files are text files and will open and print in Notepad with no problems.

    nsd tech: i tried that earlyer but i clicked paint i8nstead it didnot worh[noparse][[/noparse]of course]
