FullDuplexSerial for ImageCraft C

Attached is a C version of FullDuplexSerial.spin for ImageCraft's ICCV7PROP.
Functions have FdSerial_ prepended otherwise the API is same as the .spin version.
See the FdSerial.h file for API descriptions. Use this instead of the ASIO package.
