    Hello William,

    i did not test it.

From the datasheet the organisation has the same pattern 24LC1025 128kx8 original 24LC256 32kx8

So if the minimum supplyvoltage-level is 3.3V i think you can use it

The Propbootprocess reads in only the first 32K. The rest can be accessed by I2C-routines

    best regards

    Stefan

The smaller 25LC256 works OK on my board.

What exactly are you looking for? The chip works fine with Propeller, using the same supply. Make sure you read the datasheet regarding addressing (there are two separate blocks inside the chip) and don't forget that A2 pin must be tied to supply (otherwise the chip won't work). This also limits you to 4 24LC1025 on the same I2C bus. I have SDA pulled up via 10K to 3.3V (that's a must) but SCL I leave without a pull up and drive it completely.

I use the 24FC1025 instead with a modified version of NS_eeprom_drv_011 and it works great.
