IDE Installation Problem

When I tried to install the Java Stamp IDE I got the following fatal error message: User32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:Windows\System32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLS. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

There is a simple solution though if you manage to find it - and of course it isn't the suggested "contact vendor for a new dll". Instead go to support.microsoft.com to download a fix click here to download fix
