Wanted - inexpensive 8" VGA monitor

I'm looking for an inexpensive 8" VGA monitor for use with a Propeller. Most I've found on ebay go for $150 and include a touchscreen - which I don't need. The nearest I've come is a surplus Ceiva 8" photo frame (without the frame) - which are being sold for $40 new here cgi.ebay.com/Flat-Panel-Car-Auto-Photo-8-LCD-Display-NEW_W0QQitemZ120197587641QQihZ002QQcategoryZ74931QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247

According to Ceiva's website, this appears to be a 640 x 480 frame. There's been some success getting Linux to run on these frames according to www.heeltoe.com/software/ceiva/index.html and www.heeltoe.com/software/ceiva/Ceiva-mini-HOWTO.html. However I'm not looking for something simpler - how to connect it to a VGA monitor. This is beyond my expertise - anyone up for a challenge?

Hmm, 26 views and no replies. I guess I'm not the only one looking for a small, inexpensive VGA display.

That frame looks quite interesting... I can see a cypress ARM processor and what looks like a couple of FLASH or SRAM ics (in TSOPII or similar package). Be aware that they charge you 15 bucks shipping, rising the price to 55 bucks.
On the German eb*y there are some but are not VGA, they have analog input, they go for 25 Euro plus shipping, more or less what that panel costs, but without any ARM board.
