No sound with SoundPal using servo headers

I cannot get my new SoundPal to work using the three-pin servo headers on my BOE. I have tried all four, flipping the SoundPal over to use both sets of pins, with servo headers set to Vdd, but no luck. I use iopin 15 and SoundPAL_Repetoire.bs2 as my test program.

It works fine if I use the 3-pin header with a wireless breadboard as shown on page 3 of the SoundPal documentation.

I am new at this so I may be doing something real stupid. Anyone have any ideas?

When using the servo headers, the power switch has to be all the way on, i.e. in the third position.
