This looks a lot like a demoboard with a couple extra tricks but no breadboard.

Also in your ebay page you seem to have put Harrison Pham's ethernet schematic. Any reason why?

Maybe give a bit of credit where credit is due? Shoulders of giants and all that...

    Cheers,

    Nice looking board.

So you're in Bangkok? I'm in Jakarta. What is Mikroresearch?

Some of my comments and questions about the board:

Is the P8X32 40 pin DIP socketed? Gawd, I hope so. I can't tell from the pic.
Why only a 32k EEPROM? Even the protoboard has 64K, allowing for 32k user storage space.
Socketing a DIP EEPROM would have been nice as well.
I would have put both pull-up resistors on the EEPROM I2C interface and included a
0.1" header for external connection of I2C devices with the EEPROM.
No way to program it with the prop-plug?

    Regards,

    David

That pinout does appear to be Prop-Plug compatible; the Parallax software expects DTR to drive the reset line.

It does appear to have a socket for the Prop chip.

It should have some more decoupling. I'd have provided decoupling capacitors for the Prop and the MAX232 driver·chip. They aren't on the schematic, anyway.

    The MAX232 isn't spec'd for 3.3V operation, he should have used a MAX3232.
