Also in your ebay page you seem to have put Harrison Pham's ethernet schematic. Any reason why?

Some of my comments and questions about the board:
Is the P8X32 40 pin DIP socketed? Gawd, I hope so. I can't tell from the pic.
Why only a 32k EEPROM? Even the protoboard has 64K, allowing for 32k user storage space.
Socketing a DIP EEPROM would have been nice as well.
I would have put both pull-up resistors on the EEPROM I2C interface and included a
0.1" header for external connection of I2C devices with the EEPROM.
No way to program it with the prop-plug?

It should have some more decoupling. I'd have provided decoupling capacitors for the Prop and the MAX232 driver·chip. They aren't on the schematic, anyway.
The MAX232 isn't spec'd for 3.3V operation, he should have used a MAX3232.
