Why has the Hexcrawler robot stopped to be distributed by Parallax? I thought it was a really nice and robust robot, thats why I bought it 2 months ago.Does this mean that it is not longer supported?

    Stavros,

It is true that Parallax has discontinued the Hexcrawler. It is my understanding that Crustcrawler plans to do the same however check with them to verify. While we to feel the Hexcrawler·has been a·great product, the sales life cycle is such that we must commit resources to new and different products and look ahead. We will continue to leave information and downloads available on our website for the foreseeable future. We also will provide e-mail and phone Technical Support for any questions you might have. As long as we are here you should have no problem getting questions answered on this product. I feel confident saying Crustcrawler will provide info should you decide to use them for help as well.
