Toddler Rev B

Hello,

I have a Toddler which says Rev B on the board if that means anything
The board is different from the one shown here: http://www.parallax.com/dl/docs/books/edu/toddler.pdf

I connected the board to my computer via a USB-Serial cable (http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-SERIAL-PORT-ADAPTER-F5U409-CU/dp/B00009L7MI) it's designated as COM3

but the BASIC Stamp Editor 2.4 doesn't see the Stamp
Under loopback and echo there is a yes under each

When I try to run the code it says No Basic Stamps were found

What is the problem?
I connect it to the PC by first plugging in the cable to the board and then moving the power switch to position 2. Finally, I press Run.
I don't think it's the USB-Serial problem because it works with other serial devices.

Help would be appreciated.

The issue is the Belkin USB to Serial Adapter. Belking brand do not seem to work with our product due to improper handling of the handshaking lines. You will need a compatible USB to Serial adapter.
