Connecting a Hall Effect To BS2

· I was hoping to use a Hall Effect to determine wheel movement. Has anyone done anything like this. A description of how to make the connections and sample code to read the Hall Effect would be very helpful. Thanks In Advance

Any information at all would be helpful. Mostly the code part I can figure out the connections.

Most Hall effect sensors are simple on/off switches. Parallax has wheel encoders for the BoeBot that use optical sensing of holes in the wheels and also have an on/off output.
