RE: getting this dumb thing to work

·· Everything WORKS...
·EXCEPT I cannot get the BS-2 to talk program wise to the rs232 chip!
·The Prop works fine,but the stamp will not get going! on boot it will
·try to setup,but the info will not display on the link line!refreshing a few times will cause it to come up,it will not lock in.
the diagram is same as the development board for the BS-2,although I used 2n4401/03 transistors as I had them in the parts box.I,ve shortened wires,Ive redone it all to no avail.
Scratching head,I,ve NEVER had a problem getting a stamp to·run till now.
my idea was to put two of the devices onto a Dual 2s232 to cut down on the external USB cables down to two,my laptop only has 4 - mouse,etc
The BS-2 is ok,the DLP is ok,The Prop works and the BS-2 don,t but tries.
