Problems with the debug mode of the SX

Hallo,
I have some problems in the debug mode. I hope you can help me!
In the Debug Mode I can't change the Output/Input Ports RE,RA,RB,RD,RC. What can be the problem in my program-code. The Debugger can not follow the program to change this Registers. All other registers can be change.
