ZigBee amd BS2P

I have two BS2's each loaded with a ZigBee transceiver and they work perfectly. However when I swapped one of the BS2's for a BS2P(which is the Stamp that I ultimately want to use for the project) and made the appropiate changes to the Directive and the Baud rate as per the Parallax Reference Manual I don"t get any communication between the original BS2 and the new BS2P. Beside the Baud rate is there any other changes I need to make to get the BS2 to communicate with the BS2P via the ZigBees? This should be a good one for Mike Green. Thanks in advance for any help,

The only change you should have to make is the Baud mode. The only other differences between the BS2 and BS2p are the other timing values (like for PULSOUT) and the additional capabilities of the BS2p which should not affect a program meant for the BS2. The BS2p is faster than the BS2. That usually won't make enough difference since most programs will use PAUSE statements which are independent of Stamp model. There must be something else going on depends on things you're not mentioning.

Thanks Mike for responding so quickly. The ZigBee's call for a baud rate of T9600. I'm using 84 baud code for the BS2 and 240 baud code for the BS2P. I assume that is correct. If that is correct then I don't know what's going on. I've switched back and forth several times between two BS2's and one BS2 and one BS2P without changing any code except the baud and it always works perfectly with the two BS2's and never with a BS2 and a BS2P. I'll recheck my wiring or something! Thanks again for your help.
